WW II VET FREEZES TO DEATH IN OWN HOME

God Bless our Vets

God Bless our Vets

I usually don’t post items that aren’t political in nature but this is one I cannot ignore.  It is absolutely appalling that a city government and/or utility company would resort to shutting off someones electricity in sub-freezing weather.  This man’s life  should have never been placed in jeopardy.  The idiot drone bureaucrats that caused this situation need to be held accountable for their callous disregard for someones life.  I can just hear them….”Who cares?  He didn’t pay his bill so we’re supposed to shut him off.  We were just doing our job.”  Well, in my book, that just doesn’t cut it.  Someone needs to prosecuted..

ACORN TO GET STIMULUS MONEY

VOTER FRAUD

VOTER FRAUD

According to what we are hearing now, ACORN is going to get $4.19 BILLION dollars for “neighborhood stabilization activities”.  To me this means, the Dems are setting the stage for the next election cycle and paying off Obama’s biggest supporter which happens to be an organization that promotes voter fraud and corruption.  The Dems are getting so confident in themselves that this is getting to the point of literally “In Your Face”  and they don’t care.  They think that average Americans are dumber than a post and will let them do anything they want because “The ‘Bama” has them all mesmerized………..Well, they may have the flat earth, can’t we all get along, drones buffaloed, but not me and the rest of us conservatives.  We need to keep writing our Reps and holding their feet to the fire.  If they do not obey their constituency, they must be voted out of office when their term is up.  There must be consequences for their action…..

MARS EXPERIENCING “GLOBAL WARMING” TOO. HOW’D WE DO THAT?

The Sun, our reason for being here..

The Sun, our reason for being here..

Mars, our long lost twin?

Mars, our long lost twin?

It looks like the planet Mars is experiencing an uptick in global temps too.  How in the world did we humans manage to do that from millions of miles away?  Boy, we are really good at it, whatever it is……….Here is a story that creates more than a little reasonable doubt as to humans ability to effect the environment to the level that the current talking heads say, to include Al Gore.  Hell, he’ll probably take credit for the Mars situation too….Ya think??  Click on the pic to go to the story.

OBAMA CONSIDERING GIVING STATES THE RIGHT TO ESTABLISH OWN POLLUTION STANDARDS

Higher licensing fees (Taxes) on the horizon?

Higher licensing fees (Taxes) on the horizon?

The ” ‘Bama” is considering giving each state the authority to set it’s own pollution standards.  What that is going to do is make it easier for each state to raise fees (aka taxes) on all sorts of pollution related services.  This would mean higher DEQ testing fees, higher vehicle licensing fees based on MPG or miles driven or both.  The possibilities are endless.  The Dems will jump on this like a starving wolf to a bone.  This also in a way, distances Obama from the actual increase of taxes because its “the states” responsibility to set fees, not the feds, thus divorcing himself from the issue.  He could argue that point but we all know that he set the stage…….If this does come to fruition and taxes go through the roof, I would bet a dollar to a donut that the Libs will not connect the dots on this and in no way believe that this was Obamas’ doing.  Here in Washington State, we did not  have any DEQ vehicle testing until Oregon adopted it (From California).  It has turned out to be a huge economic windfall for the state and really accomplishes nothing especially with the emissions controls on the newer cars.  It is nothing more than a tax, plain and simple.  The Washington State Legislature will no doubt jump at the opportunity to enact more controls, aka fees, to help the state budget.   But, the state will not bring in video poker machines as Oregon has.  It has been proved to be a huge money earner in Oregon but rather than bring video poker in, which by the way I consider a voluntary tax, they (Wa Legislators) will just jack up the fees for everything else.  Huh????????       We will wait and see…..
