(UPDATED 080211) MURKOWSKI RESOLUTION SJ RES 26, CALLING FOR EPA TO NOT ENACT CARBON TAXING FAILS IN SENATE VOTE – PATTY MURRAY AND MARIA CANTWELL VOTE IN FAVOR OF THE EPA JOB KILLING AGENDA

STRANGLE HOLD ON THE CITIZENS OF THE USA. CLICK THE PIC TO READ THE SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION 26

Had this Resolution passed SJR 26, the EPA would have been effectively hobbled and unable to enact draconian, economy busting regulations that will drive up the cost of virtually everything and severely restricting our civil rights.  BUT IT FAILED. The below listed Senators, voted IN FAVOR of making the EPA an agency with more power than the Congress.  This is a violation of the Constitution as it pertains to enumerated powers.   These people voted to make you subservient to this rouge agency of which YOU have no control of.  Without a doubt, this single act by the Socialist/Marxist Dems that has given this unprecedented power to a rouge agency that is filled with their brethren, if brought to fruition, will cause the fall of the America we patriots all love.  We must redouble our efforts and make sure that these traitors are dethroned come November and whenever each of their seats comes up for re-election. Obama has succeeded in walking the Dems off the cliff to oblivion.. Remember, these people VOTED IN FAVOR of your oppression by the EPA!!!  Don’t forget that fact!!!

The 53-47 roll call Thursday by which the Senate rejected a resolution to stop the Obama administration from imposing regulations on greenhouse gases.

A “no” vote is a vote to stop the measure from going forward.

As much as I would like to think that voting for what would be good for this country or what particular representative has the American people’s better interest at heart, I’m really having serious doubts about the legitimacy of this voting system we have and the people that represent us. Just for example we still have not received all of our absentee voter’s ballots. Has some one else voted our ballots for us and canceled out our vote? Will this deceit continue thru November and beyond? Who’s gonna know? Just who will listen and research this issue with missing ballots? I can imagine the caliber of people that are mailing out and counting our votes are the same as the ones that are working for Acorn and their new groups. Maybe I’m just paranoid but hand delivering our votes to the polling station just recently, just about confirmed what my suspicions are. I have never been so disillusioned and I felt as though I was walking into an Acorn office about to apply for a loan.
As far as what the EPA can or cannot do, I can’t imagine that voting for or against SJR26 will have any effect on how much more regulation or taxes will be imposed on us. With this catastrophic disaster in the Gulf of Mexico you can bet there will be more restrictions on anything that has anything remotely to do with the environment. EPA or not, Obama is out to destroy America in any means possible and like Rahm Emanuel said “don’t let a good crisis go to waste”. Our administration always has a way to get what they want by twisting what is written or adding to it. As long as Obama and his hand picked Czars and administration (including the new administrator of the EPA Lisa Perez Jackson) are in office not to mention the Communist that support him there will be more loss of our freedom and more control over our every day life. Let’s just wait and see what November will bring us. Let’s see if it will restore some of what America and Freedom used to be. Until then, I’m standing by the Constitution of the United States and will defend my rights.
