When the Patriot Act was initially enacted, there were a lot of provisions in it that were good, common sense ideas and precautions that seemed prudent at the time.  And, let there be no doubt, it has saved countless lives, however, I feel that this law must be revisited and revised.  I say this because what I was afraid would happen, has, at the hands of the TSA and Department of Homeland Security.  The situation has deteriorated in an even more accelerated rate since the Progressives have been in control these last couple of years.  Because of the over-zealous of these law enforcement types, the pendulum has swung so far to the left that the terrorist have actually won.  They have succeeded in turning our free society into the one they want.  Oppressive and controlling.  To the point where the American citizenry is being harassed by its own government under the guise of national security.  After all, it’s all for our own good right?  I mean, after all, our enemies want to kill us so bad, that they are planting bombs on the elderly, children, and lest us not forget, the pilots of the planes themselves.  It doesn’t matter what the background of these people is; An elderly woman from Portland Oregon who might be taking her fist plane ride to visit the grand kids, or for that matter, the kids themselves who might be taking their very first plane ride.  Wow, those people really need to be watched and scrutinized because…….?  And don’t forget the pilots, who most likely are military vets or even still serving in the Reserves, many of which have 1000s of hours of flight time.  And who, by the way, have been given clearances by the TSA AND, if they are members of the Air Guard, have at least a Secret clearance, but most likely, much higher.  Yet, those people must be screened every time they go to work because they pose such a continuing threat……  Don’t forget, the DHS has categorized all veterans as “Right Wing Extremists” as outlined in previous posts.

We as a nation, have reached the point of diminishing returns.  Our freedoms have been curtailed so badly, we are no linger a free society and are well on the road to having the same situation that is currently being employed in the UK.  If you don’t know about what is going on there, just do a google on surveillance in the UK and you will be amazed.

The 112th Congress must address this situation.  If we stay this course, the evil forces what want to destroy our nation will be rejoicing in the streets, for we have done their work for them.  Our own government will have, wittingly or unwittingly,  brought this nation to its knees, enslaving the citizens.  This is unconscionable and must be addressed, otherwise, THEY WIN……

UPDATE 111610

This is more of the TSA malfeasance and oppression of the citizenry of America. The story says it all, but I will add; I want all you TSA people to hear this.   Do you remember what excuse the Nazi’s gave for their conduct during WWII?  No, I’ll be not.  They said “They were only following orders”.(sic)  That is how fascism and Marxism is spread. By people like you who are thinking only of yourselves, and not country.  I mean, after all, your only doing your job………You are a disgrace to democracy and you are a whore.  You sold yourself out to the lowest bidder, for a job……..I would sooner walk off the job and do something else, than tear down our democracy.  You have obviously made your choice.  We know what side of the fence you are on and it is not on the side of freedom.  There are better ways to get your job done.  Ways that does not treat everyone as a criminal.  Where is the probable cause?  When you people feel up Nuns and terrified children, you should know that this has gone too far.  Or, if you don’t have a conscience, I guess not….  That is my OPINION!

We can blame our CIA, the FBI and the Governments security agencies (now called Homeland Security since 9-11) for all these issues we are having at the airports today. If they would have been diligently doing there jobs each and every day (the jobs they were getting paid to do) and Political Correctness wasn’t at its height, also our Government wasn’t involved in so much corruption with other countries, stuff like stealing other countries assets (Gold in particular) we more than likely never would have had the 9-11 disaster in the first place. That’s what started this whole security business at the airports. That, and we never should have closed Ellis Island where those with criminal records, the sick, the penniless and the unskilled were sent back home. That’s when the lazy ones and the American haters started working for the immigration departments and anyone was Free to enter America at will with no legitimate back ground check what so ever. Anyone else could just waltz across any border unchecked. Our government should have been on top of that. But they weren’t. Hind sight is always 20/20 isn’t it? Really, its way too late not to think that some where in the United States there will always be some terrorist or radical plotting to blowing up innocent people, so this kind harassment will have to be in place if someone wants to fly on public transportation. Evidently the guys or crew that are doing the random frisking of passengers are finding people in line that they are attracted to and wanted a cheap thrill. That would explain the reason for not frisking every passenger in my thinking. The airlines are going to have perverts from all walks of life applying for jobs, especially seeing as how they have full body X-rays of boarding passengers. If you don’t like it, well, stay home or pay for private transportation to your destination. Earlier on when this whole security business started at the airports I thought it would be a good idea to ship all your personal items ahead of time and everyone was required to wear a flight suite, you know, skin tight, so no weapons could be hidden anywhere obvious and all you could bring on board was one form of ID. Not very practical and somewhat embarrassing for some but at least it would have sped up the wait in line. But now that they have huge X-ray machines those flight suites are not needed. We need this form of security, but the creeps in this video need to use a lot more common sense and realize who needs to be checked and who doesn’t. Hey wait a minute, if all criminals looked like criminals they would be easier to spot, Right? So who could be exempt from this harassment except maybe children, unless they are traveling with a bunch of suspicious looking…………mmmmm………Terrorist. In reality, this is a real invasion of privacy and if people don’t like it, well they have other options, or fly at their own risk and hope the one that’s frisking you isn’t some perv or something. I mean, some of the people in the Medical field are bad enough, but to have someone just off the street grabin at your package is just not gonna happen with a lot of people. We have not heard the last of this form of Communist harassment.

An illegal act is an illegal act, whether or not the perpetrator wears a government uniform.
How many ways does the TSA violate law here?

malfeasance n. intentionally doing something either legally or morally wrong which one had no right to do.(i.e., sexual assault)

bad faith 1) n. intentional dishonest act by not fulfilling legal or contractual obligations, misleading another, entering into an agreement without the intention or means to fulfill it, or violating basic standards of honesty in dealing with others.

tortious interference n. encouraging a breach, infringing on another’s agreement, interfering with contract, interfering with contractual commitments, interfering with contractual obligation, interfering with contractual rights, intermeddling, intermeddling with business activities, obstruction, work against another’s contractual relationship, wrongful interference with business relationships, wrongful interference with contractual relationships
The wrongful taking by a public officer of money or property not due to him or his office, whether or not the taking was accomplished by force, threats, or use of fear. In other words, the wrongful use of otherwise valid official power may convert lawful action into unlawful extortion. So, if a public official misuses his office by threatening to take or withhold official action for the wrongful purpose of inducing a victim to part with property, such a threat would constitute extortion even though the official was already duty bound to take or withhold the action in question.
