BATF TAKES AIM AT STATES GUN LAWS

BATF SAYS NO WAY!!!!!!

Recently, several states, referencing the 10th Amendment to the Constitution, have adopted gun laws that “free-up” the gun purchasing and use laws for each state.  Under the 10th, states have authority over issues not given to the federal government and guns is one of them as long as they are manufactured and used inside said state.  Constitutionally, the only authority the Feds would have is if these guns fell intothe “inter-state commerce”  category.  But as they are sold and used expressly in the state of manufacture, they are exempt.  Well, the BATF doesn’t see it that way and has sent letters outlining their position to each state.  This has all the potential of really opening up a can of worms for the Feds because as we all know, the Dems are all about taking the guns so we are not threat anymore.   Click the pic for the story.
