It seems that any GI going to the VA for health care will be asked 3 questions, to which a “yes” answer to any will require the Dr. to report you The Department of Homeland Security and your concealed carry permit will be yanked. Our VA hospital is always concerned about the well being of its patients and has always asked questions of safety, but these three questions have not been asked as of yet. It could possibly be because it’s not easy to get a carry permit here, or they have just started this questioning. This is real bad that Vets are treated like criminals after protecting the ones that are condemning them. It reminds me of Rambo in “First Blood”. He worked with million dollar equipment, when he gets home he gets treated like a criminal. Anyways, a great article and any law abiding vet needs to know about it.
